I need to replace my window motor in the rear and I was just wondering if it is the same as the front? Take the door panel off then metal cover and then everything is open to work on?

Also when I look at the window motors on Auto Zones site they have 2 different ones for each side, 2 or 6 terminals, this is throwing me off! Which one do I need?

I can only suggest removing the panel and seeing which one you need. I haven't removed the rear panel yet. Wish I could be of more help.

Maybe the difference is in elite vs standard rear window? You know, since the elite package windows are auto and controlled by the remote and all of that jazz.

Never thought of that, I bet the 6 terminal is for the elites, would make sense...right?

The auto feature is built into the switches. I think the difference is the motor versus the while regulator.
