The one next to the shifter or the one in the hidden compartment next to the passengers feet?

If its the one next to the shifter, it's probably just disconnected. Remove the shift knob, pull up the cover and take a look.

+1

The previous owner may have had it apart for some reason.

Hey I also have this same problem and couldn't find any other thread on this.

I checked the connection under the cover and it was all good there. I tried to find to a fuse that could be blown but no luck.

Does anyone know what fuse or what this issue could be? Should I replace the 12V power socket itself?

So I figured this out and it was done by searching something else related to this lol. I kept checking the CIG LIGHTER fuse and that one was fine. When I searched "12V Socket Amperage Support" I found a thread at another site which the poster blew his fuse because he plugged in a air pump for the the tires. Well anyways he mentioned its the FR PWR SOCKET fuse not the CIG LIGHTER one and sure enough that one was blown on my car.
