Default Re: Aftermarket Headlights Vs. OEM Headlights

I personally would not mess with aftermarket headlights. I have in the past and they will not last like OEM, they'll yellow fast, get the peeling effect, that is why they are a lot cheaper. That's just me though, I paid 550 for my 08 heads like new. No questions asked, I'll pay for quality.

For a short while my body shop took the ballast and bulb from my busted light and put it in a aftermarket. Well It gave a different color and the lense is cheap. After washing the car, the lense was scratched up. It got condensation inside and finally went out.
