Default Replacing Bose HU Under Waranty

I have the 2006 SE with the premium Bose 6 cd changer system in it, no navigation.
The past couple of months it's been doin alot of skiping and jumping cd's and not being able to read em. This week it stoped working at all.
A few months ago I went to the dealership hoping that they would fix it for me under waranty. The wouldn't help me. I didn't press the matter cause I was kinda hoping that the problem would just fix itself! lol
Anyway, is there any posible way that I can complain enough and maybe get the dealership to fix it for me? I have the premium waranty that I payed for when I got the car back in 2007. I thought I would be covered under waranty for most problems, but so far whenever a problem has presenteed itself, they've given me nothing but problems with it.
Please help.

Not sure if they'll cover it but its worth a shot. Try going to another dealer and see what they say. You can always ask for a manager or supervisor to get your point across. The bose cd players have been know to go out so my advice would be to look into an aftermarket head unit.

That happens to the factory HU. It's how they die. Good luck getting it covered. Time to upgrade it.
