Default Marvel Mystery Oil

For those that haven't changed their oil in a while this product is good. Its flushes your engine. What you do is you pour some in your engine at night. You let it run for 5-10 minutes, then after that let it sit overnight, then let it run then drain it out. Your oil will be blacker than midnight. It cleans your engine. Now it may not be spotless but it removes the sludge that you may have in your engine. I hadn't changed my oil since last September due to the fact I had no money after to change it. Well this product was recommended by a student in my class that's been a mechanic and a teacher for about 30-40 yrs. This can be found at your local auto parts store. I used it yesterday and I can say my engine feels a lot healthier than before.

I never used seafoam, reason being their were many ups and downs that I've heard I didnt want to have any detonation. This old guy in my class said to use it before you do any oil change. It can also be poured in your gas tank also. But I hadn't done that part yet.

And to answer Owen response, the last time it was changed was September, but when November hit I didnt have the cash to pay for the oil. So it was in there ever since. But my car has its acceleration back so I'm flying all over the city. And that stuff work very well. My oil was blacker than midnight, as he said it should. I needed about 3 cups of that stuff. But for normal change usage he said only pour 1-2 cups in the engine.

Yeah 10.00 for oil, where did it come from and how cheap is the quality.

VolkswagenNut1969 January 25, 2009 This is her first attempted startup in 21 years! Of course before I tried it, I poured Marvel Mystery Oil in the upper cylinders, filed and gapped the points, rebuilt the carburetor, and replaced the fuel pump, plugs, and wires.
Still it impressed me that it fired up after all those years of sitting.
Pulled this old bug from a barn in rural Oklahoma, where it sat unmoved for over two decades. You just can't kill these old VWs.
Thanks for watching.
