Default Sunroof motor or switch?

Next job.

My sunroof a couple months back was able to slide open no problem but when I went to close it the switch(slider) had no response. So for it to slide open but not close makes me think its the motor.

Question does it take more amps to close then open?

Has anyone else ran into this?

The motor is 275,don't want to drop this cash if its just the switch

It was a B to close it manually.

Have you tried using the sunroof UP and DOWN button to see if that will slide it forward? It worked when mine was acting crazy, it resets it.

you have to keep pressing it, it only moves in intervals.

Have you disconnected the battery lately? If you have, you must open it all the way and close it with the other switch to reset it. I think that's the procedure, but it's in the owners manual if you want to check it out

Now you have to pay @06BlckMax $150, that's the least you can do.
