Default Spacer Kit/ FSTB Question

Getting my NWP spacer kit installed on Wednesday and just happened to take a look at my stillen fstb and the lack of space already between it and the manifold. Am I looking at an issue here (clearance wise) or is this a setup other people have and it's not an issue at all? Thanks in advance

I believe it's SUPPOSED to fit. I'm sure individual result may vary.
