Hey Fam,

I was Windexing my mirrors today and when I started to clean the passenger one the mirror literally fell off in my hands. I was like what the f&%@. I tried putting it back on and noticed the two top clips were broken. I can probably glue them or should I order a new one. Also, does anyone have the part number? sorry for the bad pics all I have is my phone right now. I'll try to find a camera to use tomorrow.

Thanks Guys

Jason,
Sorry that happened to you. I wonder what happened to make the mirror fall out.
Something similar happened to a friend of mine. I was able to snap it all back in place and everything worked fine.

If something is broken, you probably need to replace the broken part. If you glue it, make sure the glue does not interfere with the functionality of the mirror.

Good luck.

I apologize, sir. LOL I'm just messing with you bro. The pics are blurry but can't pretty much figure out what's broken.

I dont know if this helps but if the clips that are broken are attached to the mirror then I think 96365M would work for you.

I broke the two top clips when i removed the mirror to install the maxiled covers last month. I tried to super glue and epoxy the little bits of plastic back on but it ended with a fail. I put them back on with just the bottom clips holding them on. They just shake more with the 13w7 in the trunk. It would suck if they just fell off. May look into ordering new parts now.

Jason, if you are going to try to "glue" them back on...I would go with JB Weld...if that doesn't hold it then you are going to need to replace it.
