Default Seperating Chrome From OEM Grill(Completed w/Pics)

About to paint my oem grill with some plasti-dip. I do want to seperate the chrome and emblem for a detailed paint, plus I want to leave the emblem not painted see how it looks. Any tips tricks before I do this so I dont break anything?

Take your time? lol
You can tape off the chrome part instead of removing it.

I didn't even tape mine off. I just sprayed the whole grill, let it totally dry, and used a plastic razor blade to score the plastidip around the base of the burger. Then you just have to peel it back. ...Simple

+1

Thats the whole point of using plastidip. If your going to tape everything off just use regular paint? It looks nicer...
