Default Rocker Switch Wiring Problem

hi guys so i finally decided to install the demon eyes on my car and they came out looking great but i had one problem. i have the rocker switch with the built in led. but whenever i hook the ground from the switch for the led it blows the fuses. it works fine without the ground but the led just doesnt light up. anyone have an idea why thats happening?

Where are you getting the constant from? Also can you verify the diagram of the switch? Some circuits don't like any added current even from a small LED but I think it might be something else.

I used a fuse tap and plugged it into the bose subwoofer since the cig lighter is already being used. The switch is just a 3 prong from autozone if that's what you mean. I'm new to this wiring stuff and it's my first time doing it.

Be sure your ground is really grounded and the 12+ is not on the switched post.

Ok I'll make sure.. Am I suppose to ground the - of the LEDs directly to the switch? The only thing that doesn't work is the led light on the switch but it turns the lights on and off.. I'm pretty confused

The ground directly off the LEDs should be to ground wire on a parking light or grounded to the body. Then the source can be from what you need it to be from (constant or acc). Them the switch should be grounded to body. And the power switched power to the LEDs.
