Shit! I'll take it. Add that to the lil gains from other mods and you get a good number.

If it is a gain across the whole rpm range it might be worth it, but they would have to put up a dyno sheet. I'd rather spend it on the spacers and block off plate or suspension to make the big car handle better

i dont know where in the power band this would be of most use.
more air means more gas means more power. i dont know much about these things but i would think it would be there when you need it.

i find that i am in the mid range more than anything. That is where i would want most of my power to be.

I was considering it but I changed my mind. $365 for a few hp then 1-2hrs installation and for some that's the cost of labour. I'd save a little more and get a tune, that will be my next mod. I would look good in my engine bay but I'll pass.

The only thing that takes less than an hr is the BOP. If you install anything incorrectly it will cause vacuum leaks and that's even longer. The throttle body needs to be cleaned with those sanding pads and the RTV silicone must be applied proportionally so doing it fast will cause issues down the line. Most guys have intakes, and USTB and though it may sound like a few bolts it's still time consuming. Rushing is never the key

you wont need to clean anything since its all brand new. it should be a pretty easy install.

and if you get a tune, i hope you dont plan on buying any more performance parts.

+1. Should be a relatively straight forward and quick install, especially when compared to other mods that improve HP on the 7-12 HP levels.

I was initially excited about this mod until I saw it was only making an extra 7 HP on a stock manifold. That said, if a dyno shows improvement across the powerband I may pick this up anyway. As it is now, I have plenty of mid range and will probably make the SAFC2 / NEO my next purchase to perk up the low end.

No I don't plan on getting anything else. I basically got almost all of the bolt'on minus the spacers and a light weight flywheel.

I ordered mine on Friday, was able to sneak in my order right before they sold out and I received it today. Talk about fast shipping. Too bad my car is still at the shop. Hopefully I will be able to install it next week and check what the butt dyno gains are. I am fully bolted so I should notice some gains since I have the kinetix IM. I'm also going to install my Apex Neo and wideband and street tune it
