Default "Driver Side Boot Split And Leaking" -- What To Do?

Went to the dealership for an oil change and they do a full checkup on the car as always and this time Im told that I have this problem. They give me a sheet with it saying,

Boots - Outer Tie Rod : DRIVER SIDE BOOT SPLIT AND LEAKING

They will charge me $347 for this to get fixed. I know dealerships always overdo it when it comes to pricing but its always better than being cheap having someone else do it and run into more problems later. How much does this "fix" typically cost? Any advice helps.

Outer tie rod end cost is 40ish for premium quality. Install takes 15 minutes. (if you are not DIY, find a guy that wrenches on the side)Plus alignment around 50-70 dollars. They are riding you all the way to the bank.

Yeah I believe you on that, if what you are saying that its about $110 then I am not going to be shelling out $350
