Pretty sure you need to buy the whole unit. My recently broke and after looking around there like 100$ bucks to get another one. Not really worth it for the 3 times Ive ever used that switch.

I believe there's actually a thread like this somewhere on this forums...there's ALOT of these cases where the middle dome button falls out.
