Default 2005 Maxima (Bone Stock) VS. 2002 BMW Z3 3.0L (Stock)

Wondering how would a drag race turn out if there was an 05 Max vs 02 BMW z3 3.0L?

I know if max was the same weight as the bmw, it would beat the bmw with no problem, but im still very interested, maybe anyone had an experience racing a z3?

Maxima will win, specially if its manual. A Z3 is 225hp Vs a 270hp. Maxima 3432lbs Vs Z3 3084lbs, 348 lbs diffrence. I say a Maxima can definitely beat it. I know I could. I have weight reductions and more shit done now.

Your Modded 6 speed, yes. Bone stock 6thgen, No.

Well not at the 1/4 mile atleast...

The Z3 does a 14.5 second 1/4 mile. The 6thgen does a 15 second 1/4 mile, so stock vs stock the Z3 wins by a hair from a dig. This is because of the weight.

Now if you were to race from a rolling start, the Maxima wins hands down.

in the second you can see the mustang on the far right and my max on the far left Click the image to open in full size.

Street racing is not endorsed, nor tolerated here. If your videos that you have are of you or your friend street racing, please do NOT post them.
