Default 05 maxima no start and more issues

I have a 2005 maxima 3.5 that i just purchased. The previous owner let the car set for 2 years in the garage. When she tried to sell it the battery was dead, so she tried to jump the car. She placed the cables on the wrong terminals. Now the car will crank but no start, the dash lights, radio, nav, and interior lights don't work. If you spray staring fluid in the intake it will fire. I'm assuming she fried something somewhere. All the fuses and relays look good. Any ideas were to check next would be great and thank u in adbance
