Default Simple Mods & DIYs?

I hope everyone's having a fine day,
As summer's approaching I'm expecting to have more free time that I'd like to invest in my car. I'm looking for low-cost and not too time consuming improvements I could make to my 04 SE both performance and visual wise.
What are some good suggestions? Thanks in advance.
