If you have the funds and constitution to do individual dyno runs i think it's a great idea to see what each individual mod does. I do however agree that a tune would be the best way due to the cancellation of certain mods. Sorry that i don't have an answer for the CVT issue. interested in what the future holds

That will be interesting, I don't think a cat-back alone will generate much power.
I'm not saying don't do it because it will us something. I think the best bolt on power comes from a new Y-pipe without a cat, THEN into the catback system.
That opens it up all the way back. Sounds good too.

Greddy: (what is the piping size on those?) if I remember correctly people were losing some power with that one? -----Your test will tell us, and then you can see what adding a Y-pipe does for it.

Thanks, me too. I know I need a tune to get true results. But Im not sure how. The guy I spoke to can tune but I need to know if his program will work on our cars or do I need a SAFC2

So should I dyno with Y first? Then put on exhaust for second Dyno. I open to ideas that is why I started this tread. But most importantly how to dyno CVT. Doe I use stick option and if so what gear. Eddy posted a thread that was helpful but the it only went into deal about tuning the a/f. And not how he dynoed, like which mode? t/c off? What speed before before pull? Left it in drive? These are the things I need to know.
