Default Racing line customer service issue

I bought a y pipe from them last Monday I still have not received a confirmation e mail, or anything other than from pay pal, I have emailed them twice and called and left a message, I still haven't heard back, the money has been drawn from my account and accepted by racing line, k cannot find any other way to contact them. What would you guys suggest? File a dispute?

I would wait a little bit , I know RL s not the best service company out there but he wont scam you . Taz s a one man show .

I ordered their Racingline Front Strut Tower Brace and it took forever to come in, but it eventually did. Don't be mean to the guy he's just a one man show and he does work hard.

Like sprocketser said, don't be in a huge rush to get it, because it will eventually come in. Might take awhile though. I think I waited over a month for mine, which I know, it sucks. But can't really do anything about it.

I'm pretty sure he's one of those companies that 'show their product online' But they won't manufacture anything until something is ordered. Also the company is in Canada so it will have to pass through the border if you live in the US. Mine passed through in 1 day though, but the shipping still took awhile.

He really needs to work on customer service. If he would just answer emails faster and set up his site a little better, it would cut down on 90% of the issues. That was my issue with him, it took like 2 months to get my MMI from him.

Ya, no. It was extremely slow shipping. IIRC my actual shipping took over a week, and it was only in customs for like 4 hours.

Hey Guys, things are in porcess to get better and I apologize to all who have waited, p[ast a nd present. Most orders do leave within 48 hours but id say about 25% do get delayed ( on average).

Trey...... you should have got multiple emails, the store is automated for "most" emails. Your order left on the 22nd via ups. PM me if you did not get tracking the other day

Product finally showed up, received an email with tracking info yesterday, product had already left Seattle at that point, I never received any emails or responses back to any of my emails. Product is here as stated and with everything included. Appears to be built great and as described on the website. Thank you for supplying me with the product, maybe check your email server for any errors because I never received an email until yesterday and all it contained was tracking Info. Again thank you and I will say my product did arrive quicker than I expected coming from Canada, would have just been nice to be in the loop. Again, thank you.
