Default Some Overdue Pictures Of My 18" Wheels

Hello all,

I hardly ever post, but I'm always reading. Anyways, A few months ago, I had to get some new wheels because Illinois roads bent my factory wheels which were curbed pretty bad by the previous owner anyways.

I got some Enkei Lf-10s 18x8.

I've attached some phone pictures I've taken over the months as I don't have a legitimate camera. These are without tire shine and a nice wax, so by no means is this meant to "wow" anyone. My purpose here is to just give an example of what aftermarket 18" wheels look like. I couldn't go with 20's because of the condition of the roads here in Illinois and I wasn't too keen on the tire prices. I actually work in at Sears Auto Center, so even with the best employee tricks, they are still too pricey.

Yes, it needs to be lowered. It's got some Monroe struts on it right now. When I bought the car, I immediately did struts, shocks, pads, rotors, fitlers, plugs, and all fluids. I'm just a little concerned about lowering it on monroes. I will likely have to get something with some better valving, like GR2's.

The plan for the car is as follows.

What it has:
Wheels
R2C intake

What I have in my garage waiting to be put on:
Cheap headers. I'm undecided on whether or not to actually install these or go with HFPC.

What is on order right now (in the mail):
Magnaflow mufflers 14805 (notice the missing muffler? snow bank)
Magnaflow resonator 18145

To do list:
Lower (undecided at size of drop)
Paint Calipers (the right way)
A new radio (CD player and tape deck are failing)
Investigate lifter tick

Those work pretty well with your car. Will look even better with a drop. Good stuff.

It would look better if they were 19" or 20", they look a little small IMO (No homo)

Tires are all 245/45/18.

Yes, it needs a drop, but first I have to fix my exhaust. I think the 18's will look fine when it's lowered. It actually looks proportional in person as it is. As for the tires, they are ash colored because my driveway has been flooded with muddy water so the tires have been discolored.

Thanks for the comments!
