Default Question Choosing The Right Bulbs

Hey guys, i have a couple questions...hope some of the experts on here can help.

I have a 2004 max SL...stock HID's. I recently changed my bulbs to d2s 6k a few months ago and now one of my headlights won't turn on at all. At first it would flicker than turn on, now it doesn't at all. Can someone tell me what is the BEST D2S bulbs to get because the 6k i felt weren't bright enough. Like is there a special brand of D2S bulbs? I don't want to blind anyone but a better output. I would have to drive with my fog lights to get a brighter light in front of me. Also what bulbs can i use for my fogs...can they take hid bulbs like the headlights or do i have to do some kind of conversion? I would like my fogs to be a light brighter also.

Thanks a lot bro. I took your advice and got me the 5k cbi osram and i am very satisfied. I feel if our h.i.d. lens were on the same quality as the acura tsx's..the output would be incredible.

You need too upgrade you're lens. To zkw-r clear lens.

You should upgrade you're ballast as well, I got everything from retrofit. I believe I paid

$210 for them. OEM stock ballast, you definitely can see the difference from old too new.

Woow, didn't know that the HID lens could be upgraded, a friend of mine have a TL and the light output is really different. Now I know why.
