Default Windshield Wipers Stopped Working

It's cold here tonight, about 32*. I get in the car to come home from work, tap my wiper switch up to clear the windshield and the wipers go pretty slow but do complete 1 full cycle. About a minute later I do it again but the wipers don't move. I pull the switch down to intermittent, slow, fast and still nothing. When I got home I checked all the fuses related to the wipers and nothing was blown. So what's my next step?

That'd be great!

From some research I was able to do this morning, it looks like I may have missed 1 fuse location. I'll check that when I get home, I had to drive the wife's truck to work today since its raining here.

Well I checked all of the fuses and none of them are blown. So I decided to try the wipers again since the car has been sitting for almost 24 hours now, and they worked. So I guess it really has to be the motor.

I looked through the FSM and saw how/what to do, I'm just wondering how hard it will actually be. Anyone every replaced this before by themselves?
