took my car for an oil change today and realized why my front right wheel mud flap was cracked...when they drive it onto the lift it catches and bends back...i have to call them to see if they will replace it...also how do they get the '06 maximas on the lifts normally without damaging the mud flaps?

I cracked one of mine because the car is so low. Do us a favor and PLEASE do NOT put rubber mud flaps on your car...

Yeah man thats going to look crazy do not do it mines crack too didnt buy back yet but i will, and your car should go on the lift easy like any other car, if they cant put your car on the lift the right way then you have to wonder what else they may not be able to do the right way

The real reason I want them is because n the right side of my car the side skirt up front is popping out just a tiny bit but I like everything perfect so I came to the conclusion that maybe mud flaps is the only way to fix that side skirt problem

I seriously suggest you all have them, it helps stop the salt, pebbles, etc from hitting the bottom panels right behind the wheel causing wearness of the undercoating and having early rust issues like I did. I noticed cars with mudguards do not have the rust issue, not to say they won't have it later on, way later. while the ones that didn't have it had the rust issues. just a thought.
My car never had them (they are on now) and I think it is one of the main reasons the bottom panels rusted. Price tag $700 for both sides.

I live in Portland, Or...no snow or salt to worry about here...however I want the shop to pay for breaking mine for sure.
