Default What Should I Use To Shine My Dashboard?

So I've been washing my car like every weekend now and I love for it to shine as much as possible. I take my time detailing it myself wiping around the door hinges and body frame, vacuuming the trunk, cleaning debris out around the trunk lifts, etc. But once I used some Armour All on my wife's dash board and it turn the entire dash ashy white and until this day I haven't been able to get it back to normal. So before I mess up my dash board I would like to know what some of you guys use to shine your dash boards with.

Im pretty sure Armor All uses alcohol in their products. I will never use a AA product.

As far as shiny, Im not 100% sure. I use Meguiars Natural Shine. Its more of a protectant. Im not a shiny dash person.

This is a company right by my house and Ive heard alot of great things about them. Its not cheap, but Im sure it will work better than anything you can buy at an auto parts store...

I used to use a similar product made by STP. I can't find it anymore.

I wipe it down with a wet towel and don't use any shining chemicals. Most, if not all, agents available till increase the heat on your dashboard, which will lead to cracking very easily.

I wouldn't use anything to shine it, just wipe it with a wet towel.

I use DP Interior Surface Protectant. I would NEVER put anything on the dashboard that would cause it to shine...you're just asking to be blinded on a sunny day.

Ive been using some leather protectant on my dash when I detail my car every other week at work. I can check on the name tomorrow for you but its bought through a automotive detailing wholesale company.. Its awesome.. BUT.. for the day or so after Ive cleaned it, if the sun hits it right the whole dashboard reflects on the windshield, and yes, I have had one instance where I had to slow down cause I was temporarily blinded

I don't know which is worse. Being blinded by a shiny dashboard reflecting off the windshield or from the chrome piece around the shifter. I wipe mine first with a dry cloth followed by a damp one.
