One screw, 2 clips in the front, 2 in the back

take the screw out pop the 2 front clips down and slid the back towards the windshield, its not really easy the clips are tight

They are metal clips and you have to pull very firmly.

Are you trying to remove the whole console piece or just the clear cover to change a bulb?

06blackmax; too late I think I cracked some plastic pieces but I got it out with pulling it hard..

And the reason I wanted to move it was to put some double side tape to reduce rattling noise coming from subs and I will also change the bulbs since I got it out..

Does any one got their trunk dynamatted ? What part do I gotta get done to reduce inside rattling I don't care about the outside ?

i need help with my dome console..i just recently bought the max and one problem it has is the 3 position dome switch does not work. its loose, it pops right off. im not sure if there's a spring that suppose to be attached to it to make contact when you press it. i looked online to see if i can buy the 3position switch by itself but i cant find it, nor at the junkyards. i have the skyroof not the sunroof. i attached a pic so you can see what im talking about.
