Default Scratches And Old Touch Ups

Whats up guys, I have an annoying problem on my hood I have been looking to take care of ever since I bought my Max from previous owner. Looks like he tried to touch up scratches on the hood and did a horrible job (looks even worse than the scratches alone.) It looks like the touch up paint got put on too thick and started fading. I wanted to first know how to remove this old paint and what product to buy to remove it. I will be doing another touch up over the scratches again but be doing it proper and less sloppy so does anybody recommend any touch up kits they have heard positively about in the past? Heres some pics of what I am dealing with.

Default Re: Scratches and old touch ups!

I would think that if you hit that with a buffer and some compound, it will probably take it right off. If you use a rotary, be very careful that you don't take any other paint off!
