Default Rusted Floor Panels Passenger And Driver's Side

I just found big rust under the car on the passenger side floor.
Can someone recommend a good body shop in NYC that can fix rusted floor panels.

Thank you.

Get yourself some POR-15. Wire wheel the surface rust, and then seal it with the POR-15.

I think it's to late for that, it already has a whole, and some of the sheet metal is brittle.

Time to weld a panel into the floor. THEN I would seal it with POR-15 and some paint/undercoating.

Just came back from Auto body shop in the neighborhood. The manager / owner was shocked when I showed him the rust. he couldn't believe why such a new car had this problem. He gave me an estimate of $1200 to do both sides. He also said I should do a complain to Nissan and NHTSA.

Also, I would tell everyone in this forum to check their under the passenger and driver's side for this issue. Don't ignore it or you are going to need a new floor by the time the car is 7-8 yrs old.

We need to get all the forums together to try and fight this issue.
I suggest starting a petition or something.
I decided to check another car in the supermarket's parking lot.
It has the same issue and i bet the owner doesn't even know it.

If i remember, I'm gonna check mine the next time i have it off the ground.

So you got down on all fours in the parking lot? I would have to give you a swift kick in the gonads. Especially so close to September 11th.
