Default Rearview Mirror Broke Off

ok i was in my car listening to music and i guess the bass finally took its tole on the mirror and it broke off. Usually when I say that people say well put it back up but the problem is it broke, the metal part is still on the window and the mirror fell down and was hanging by a wire. I was wondering if there was any strong cement or something I could use to fix this because the price of a new mirror with home-link is a lot $90-$106 . I was also thinking about buying just a regular mirror because I don't have a garage at all nor do I use home link, any feedback on what I could do ?
