Default Question On Scratched Tint

hey guys, i was wondering if there is any way to fix scratched tint without removing the entire thing? the scratch is shaped in a 1-2 inch long line that is approximately 2-3 millimeters wide. thanks.

I would say fix it, because over time it's just going to get more damaged

If the tint film is scratched, then it needs to be replace. You can't really try to heat it to stretch it around when it settles in.

Do you not have lifetime warranty on your tint?

Would a warranty cover a scratch? Mine has a lifetime from everything except if I scratch it myself..

It sounds like the best bet would be to live with it or have it redone. Ive never heard of tint repairs.. but i dunno

In that case, you're going to have to replace the tint on that particular window.
