Default OEM/Aftermarket HID's Intermittent Issue

Wow.....it's been a while!

Anyway, I bought a set of 6000ks bulbs for my oem setup from MaxxPower a couple of years ago. I had some intermittent flickering which he told me was a bad bulb and gladly swapped it out. No issues until last week. I noticed my driverside headlight just randomly goes out. I turn the lights off and back on and it works. Questions are....is it the bulb? Is it the ballast/igniter? right now it's not a huge issue but hopefully it doesn't completely go anytime soon being I'm in the dead of winter here. Thanks in advance

It's the bulbs get some higher end bulbs. Phillips will do the job.
