To change a headlight or add a switchback, yes it does. To make it all easier. It's not mandatory it just will be a pain in the ass if you don't remove the bumper.

Yeah, seems like overkill, but it's way easier to remove the bumper and pull the headlight assembly out to change the bulb. Switchbacks go in just like you're putting in a regular bulb.

I thought it was easier to remove the splash guard from the tire well to replace the lights.

So I still don't want to attempt this lol, I don't mind paying to get them installed, can anyone tell me what I need and where I can get its I think it's 6 ohm resistors and the LEDs, but Idk what a resistor is, help some one
