Default Leather Tear Fix?

So I was reading a thread here about leather repair and I didn't quite find my answer. So I'm selling my other car and just recently, coincidently when I'm about to sell the car the seat got a nice tear in it. What's the best way to fix this WITHOUT re-upholstery, I don't want to spend much on fixing it, it's just not worth it. Or where can I buy a black seat cover just for the bottom portion of the seat? Here's a picture of the tear. This is really urgent so quick advice would be great. Thanks a lot

Kenny,
Exactly how "Urgent" is this situation?

Call 911 for god's sake if it's that urgent.

Kenny you are something else.

Sell the car as is and get over it.

You said you did not want to spend a lot of money. Fix it correctly if you believe that will effect your maximum bottom line, or sell it like it is and let the next owner fix it.

If an intended buyer is interested in your BMW he will most likely give it a complete and thorough inspection down to every detail. He then will want to ask his wife or girl friend to look at the Machine. That's when you should take advantage and dicker.

That looks like a simple fix. Any decent shop should be able to restitch that seam for minimal cost, depending on what model BMW it is.. Some of those seats are a bitch to break down.

if you want something really cheap theres tape you can get that goes underneath to hold it in place. It wont look 100%, but it should at least pull the seam closer so it isnt as noticeable. If it were me i would probably get it done right though

Eddy's exactly right. A job like that typically costs around $150.

Do yourself a favor, and get it fixed properly. That's a half day, in and out type of job, so it shouldn't even put you out of the car, for too long.
