shouldnt be necessary. dont touch those screws!

what are you dropped on?

cuz you know, if you aim them up, an inch from your bumper they will be ok.... but 10 feet from your bumper they will be significantly higher than you need. and that will just annoy the shit out of other drivers.

It's not very common to have to adjust them after a drop.

Park your car about 15ft away from a wall at night with your lights shining on the wall. Maybe that can help us judge if you need to or not.

In my experience, it is necessary to adjust them up. But I was never able to get this accomplished on mine. My headlights just seem like they don't shine out far enough.

Left right adjustment you shouldn't need to do, but height adjustment yes. But, before you make final adjustments, allow your springs to settle first. Also, make sure that they are even out of adjustment. Understand that lowering a car changes the performance of your headlights, the lower you go the less far out properly adjusted headlights will go.

For example, let's assume a car was lowered evenly front and rear, so that NO changes are made to the alignment. Originally, the headlights point downwards at a distance and the light ends on the ground at let's say 30m. Now if you move the position of the headlights down an inch or two without changing the alignment, the light now ends on the ground at let's say 25m, so you now have less distance.

So now you are thinking just raise the alignment up to get the light to end at 30m again, but you have to keep in mind if you raise the alignment too much you may be introducing glare, so you might not even be able to reach the same distance again.

Here is a general guide for headlight aiming.

Thanks for the info and advice. My front is dropped a lot more than my rear ( thanks to POS Megan racing springs) that's why I need to adjust it.
