Default Fog Light Assembly Replacement

So, my driver side fog light shattered yesterday most likely due to a rock and I was wondering is it easy to replace the assembly myself? Take off the bumper, etc? Because I don't have a lot of time to be fixing this stuff. And should I go with an aftermarket assembly that is only $80 or OEM which is freaking $210 for one side... Thanks guys.
