Default Driver Side Projector Not As Bright As Passenger Side

Ok so as the title says one of my projectors doesn't light up as bright as the other one, I just installed 2 brand new hid bulbs so they should be equally bright. Could it be the projector is bad or is there something I can do to fix it. Both sides actually don't light up as much as other cars I have seen. Just to be clear I'm talking about being up close to the projector. It's kinda hard to explain, I tried taking pictures but you can't really tell the diference, but in person you can.

Needs to be cleaned. You'll need to take out the headlight assembly, which will require taking off your front bumper.

I think that might be it because when I'm in front of a wall I can see that one aims a little higher than the other. So how can I aim it correctly?

First check to make sure that the bulb is seated correctly in the housing. It might be off slightly, not sitting properly.

Yes correct^^
When installing an hid kit the bulbs can look out of place if not seated right, before you mess with aiming your lights check if the bulbs are seated the same

Just to be clear, are your headlights originally halogen or HID? If HID, are you using aftermarket or OEM bulbs?

First check the bulb seating, then examine the output. If it still seems bad, try swapping the bulbs from driver to passenger to see if the problem follows the bulb.

Ok so I just finished checking everything, I took out the headlight so I could have more space, and I also swapped the bulbs, I even tried the oem ones and it's still the same. So do you guys think the aim should be adjusted?

The aim won't affect the brightness, so if one headlight looks brighter and the bulbs are seated correctly, it's possible you have burn marks inside your projector. Pull the projector out of the back of the headlight, it's mounted with 4 screws, 6 including the screws for the heat shield. Inspect the inside of the bowl for burns.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand again..

My suggestion is:

Since you'll be take off the bumper and assys anyway, might as well buy new, better lenses and just replace both. That way you have a clean start and both will look equally bright.
