Default Confusion On Fog Lights

okay guys so heres the deal, i recently installed an hid kit in my headlights, went pretty smooth and was pretty easy, but now that i now how to remove my bumper etc, i have a few questions on installing an hid kit in the fog lights.

yes ive read the sticky on how to do it but theres things that are left out that i need to know about

i checked the car bulb guide and my specific cars uses an h3 55w bulb in the fog light

in the sticky it sais that theres wires that you need to cut and connect together?

if i purchase a ddm tuning h3 hid kit will i need to cut wires or is it plug and play? how will i go about on installing that?

secondly, if my car uses an h3 55w bulb, does that mean i HAVE to purchase a 55w kit? or can i use a standard 35w kit?

please help me out here! any advice will be appreciated, thanks in advance

It will be the same as your other hid kit except H3. You can use 35watt kits. The only cutting you'll need to do is drill the cap to get to the bulb. Wires will just tap into the ballast similar to your 9006 kit.

So pretty much the wie (connection) that plugs into the factory bulb will be a direct fit to an h3 hid kit?
