Default Clear Coat Chipping Off?

Hey guys,
So i was washing my car the other day (07 SE) and the clear coat started coming off as i was washing. It happened in two places, around the back up sensor on the passenger side and near the front fender. i wasnt rubbing the car particularly hard or anything like that, just wanted to see if any one has had a similar issue. the clear coat has also started to bubble up around the back up sensor, almost like oxidizing paint of something. Thanks in advance.

no, the sensors are fine. the clear coat is coming off like next to it, not actually on the sensor itself. if its not just me im wondering if there will be a recall or some kind of reimbursement from nissan to get a new clear coat?
