Default Anyone Ever Use These??

They are Cree switchbacks. If they are as bright as my reverse lights these should be pretty nice. Any one have any experience with them??

any chance you can do some before and after pics? I thought about getting these but I chose a more "dependable" source that had regular switchbacks.

I later bought lights from ebay for half the price and so far have worked with no problems so I think Ebay is hit and miss.

Either way It would be cool to see how much brighter they are.

No I can't do before and after because I don't have switchbacks now. I can try turn signals but that might be difficult.

Comparing them to whatever you have now will still give me a good idea how bright they are.

I was looking at these but I decided to try the ones with leds on the sides and then the 7W at the tip. It says it works for the reverse lights as well as the front conrer lights on the 04-06. $35 a set so I hope they are worth it. I will try to give feedback when they get in.

Do you need to wire a resistor? I feel like this shouldn't have to happen, technology improves all the time

You may not have the light output you want with these, since these "project" the light as opposed to reflecting off of the mirror inside the light housing. Keep us updated with your thoughts.

I'm still not sure I want to do the switchbacks myself. Saw them on DarkDog's Max, but I'm still on the fence about getting some. In for pics of Dave's set.

Depends where you put them. I have mine beneath my tail light in the bumper and i didnt have to do anything other than remove the light.

If you install them in the trunk it will require getting access to the main harness running along the left side of the car into the trunk.
