Default Which Would Be Better?

I recently bought some wheels an tires... Bit had some issue's with the front center caps not fitting. The seller has offered me a full refund. But i'd rather exchange them for something different. right now i have 18 x 7.5 with a 35 offset. I was thinking if they will exchange i would get some 20 x 10 with a 48 offset an the same wheel comes in a 35 i do believe. Which would be better... An would i need to roll fender's really don't want to do that. no one really sit's in the back except my daughter.. an she is only 4 so not really any wait back there lol... it is also offered in a 18x 9.5 with a 35...

I'm pretty sure +48 is way to much offset.

On a 20x10 with a 35 offset would need at least a roll of the rear fenders
