Go 5mm and you'll be flush. . 10mm is really the most you CAN do, if you have rolled fenders.

With 5mm spacers you shouldn't even need longer studs, huh? Most 5mm one don't even come with studs

Yes, correct. 5mm no stud extension needed. Anything higher than that needs it.

5mm on a 8.5" +35 won't make a very visible difference, so I don't think it's worth it. Do at least 10mm.

I wouldn't do 10mm on a 8.5" wheel with 245 tire.. Will rub on the rear bumper mounts that attaches to the quarter panel, in the rear wheel well

It won't rub on the bumper mount tab, only the fender liner covering the bumper tab which can very easily be trimmed. I know because I used a 15mm on a 8.5" +42 with 245/35/20's, which is very close to 8.5" +25. My point is 5mm won't make much of a difference with those specs, so don't expect a dramatic change in looks if you go with 5mm.

It

Will

Rub!!!!!!!!

Mainly on the passenger side. I know that because I kept trimming that POS until I got tired of it, so I cut it off completely lol

OP, why don't you measure from the top edge of your tire to the inner edge of your fender and see how much space you have. Based on that, you'll be able to know how much clearance you have to work with.

I know all about that bumper tab, I always say people will rub there before having to roll their fenders. I didn't have issues with the bumper tab with 8.5" +27, maybe you had wide 245/35's. Anyways, I agree, just measure to see how big of a spacer you can use. If you can only fit a 5mm, I still say it's not worth it as it won't make much of a visual difference.
