Default Running Staggered Wheels/Tires Edit: New question

ok so this is the first time I'm gonna have staggered wheels on a FWD car. I bought some g37s wheels and now I'm changing the tires with 245/40/19 front and 275/35/19 rear.
Now my question is for those of you who are running staggered from years or have good experience with running staggered wheels on front wheel drive car is that how many miles will you be able to get our of the tires? i do know the rear will last for long time but front you guys think I will be able to get 20k miles? I'm not really a heavy foot but sometimes you want to have fun.

Thank you,
Jag

Edit: Another question

Another question guys. So this guys local he's selling two front g37s wheels for 100(that's what he's asking) I was thinkin if I don't want to run staggered in the future I might just get 245 40 19 tires on them and have the current front 245 40 19 as well so I can have them all around the same tire all around for rotation?

I love the staggered look! I guess if you have tires that can roll both ways maybe you can swap driver side/passenger side?

You can get good life out of the tires depening on what you tires you have, obviously the front will wear faster. Since you are in Cali, you have year round good weather

My tires will last a long time as they are coming off next month for the snow season

I have mine for 2years and they have good treads left. I do 2 alignments in a year just to be safe because of the crappy roads in Boston

It doesnt matter if you are staggered or not. If you burn rubber, your tires
wont last long.

It depends what kind of tire you buy bro. Staggered wont effect the wear. You just wont be able to rotate. How much you drive will determine that too. I dont drive mine that much and I change wheels and tires a lot so I couldnt help you with longetivity. Buy a good tire and it will last 40k or 50k.

daily driving is set to about one finger high gap. I'm waiting for the tires to wear out so I can "hellaflush" the wheels!!

Oh okay, that's pretty identical to mine. I never slammed mine, and I don't want to at the risk of wanting to leave it like that lol. What size tires are you running, and what size are you looking to run?

If you have the option of not staggered, then I would go that route for those wheels. There really isn't any benefit running wider wheels in the rear on a FWD except for looks. With those wheels the fronts and rears look pretty much the same, there isn't more lip or concavity on the rears than there is on the front, so there goes that benefit. For G37's, just go square, and if you want them offset a little use wheel spacers, that way you can still rotate your tires.

I'm running 225/35 and 255/35 on 8.5" +32 and 10.5" +30, and I wanted to switch to 235/35 and 255/35, but my new wheels are 8.5" +30 (gonna use at least a 15mm spacer) and 10.5" +25, so I highly doubt I'll be able to run a 255/35. Since I'll probably have to run a 245/35 on the rears, there's no way I'm putting a 235/35 on the fronts, it'll look way too weird lol.
