Default Rim Color Choice And Proper Tire Size

Hey guys,

Yesterday I bought a set of MRR HR4 rims second hand. The rims had some scratches here and there so I decided to have them powder coated. My car is silver and I want to ask for some ideas about what color should I paint them? My top 3 options are:
1-Gunmetal Grey Matte
2-Metalic Silver
3-Gloss Black
Any new color ideas are totally welcome.

BTW They came off of an Altima. They're 20s. The tire size they came with are kinda creeping me out. Tires are 225/35/20 Nankang NS-II. Aren't they too low profile? Tires are relatively low mile and I just don't know what to do. I am lowered on Eibachs and I never had oversized rims and low profile tires on any of my cars. Is my ride quality gonna go out the window? Any suggestions?

Nice.. I mean if your car is already silver, you can always go the silver route to match but I've always had a soft spot for gunmetal rims.. IMO..

To every person their own opinion..

Gunmetal. As far as tire size, it's nothing crazy, just has a stretched look. I would go with something like 255 35 20, nothing less then 245 wide unless you are after stretched tire look.

I think 225 is too low a profile, you are gonna feel the road a little more. I have 20's now and am running 245 35 20 and 255 35 20's. Now I have never had wheels bigger than 19's and with these 20s i do feel the road a little more as well, even with my tire size. But the car looks supr hot soo ooh well. they coming off in another 2 months for winter tires anyways, so i will live with the ride a little

I think the refinished face and gunmetal in the back would be nice. Especially on a silver car. If not gunmetal all over would be next.

You realize that 225 is the width, not the height (profile), right?

Thank you guys. I really appreciate your help. Yes I am going with painting the whole front and back of the rims. I myself was leaning toward the gunmetal matte.

Okay, so for the time being I'm good with the low profiles and nothing crazy is gonna happen with my ride quality. I don't like to feel like I'm driving a carriage you know
After these tires I will go with 255-35s.

Thank you officerfrasher for creating the poll for me. Black is also a good choice. But I feel like on my silver car, it won't look as good as a black, red ore even a white color car.

They are 20x8. I chose the steel grey(one step lighter than gunmetal grey I guess, because my options were limited to the inventory of the company) with semi-gloss coat.
