Default Rear Tire Size

What up guys. Will 18x9 inch rims with 35 offset and 275/40/18 tires Rub in the back? I'm currently not lowered, but I plan to lower just the front soon.

EDIT: Will they even fit in the first place?

If this doesn't work out then ill do 245's all around.

I had that size tires on the 350z rims with 188.5 33mm offset.
I had to use spring spacer because they would rub once in awhile when driving.

I want to get 255 45 17 for my 2007 maxima with 8.5 or 9 inch rims but the guy at the wheel shop said the rear fenders would rub on top of the tire? Its time for new tires and I want to really get a wide stance look on my maxima, I saw the reply about the 275 45 18 yhat setup is +8mm more diameter
