Default Noob Question About Wheels...

So I'm in the market for rims and I know the pattern is 5x114. I keep seeing 5x100 is there a non getto way to fit these or can I only get 5x114?

Rims in question:

5x114.3 or 5x4.5 is what fits our cars.

Also... those tires would be way too skinny for our car. 245 SHOULD be the minimum width.
