Default Need Help - Wheel Offset Question

I'm looking at set of wheels there 20x9 in the front with a offset of 20 and 20x10.5 in the rear with an offset of 30. Could this work on a 6th gen maxima?

That's a pretty aggressive wheel. I thunk you'd need an offset that's at least 30, maybe even 35. Tire size is probably 275 or 285. Not sure on sidewall thickness...

I'm no expert, just a decent estimation.
