Default Bent Wheel

My front rims are slightly bent from the previous owner. Would this cause my steering to be kinda wobbly and shakey when braking? Also whenever you accelerate from about 10-15 mph there is a slight vibration, could the rims be the reason why?

The vibration during braking sounds like warped rotors.

Yup^^^^

It would take a pretty big dent too cause vibration, and if it was a dent that was that size air would be leaking, sounds like you have warped rotors, I suggest fixing the bent wheels as well or you'll be running into alot of problems with the tires

Alright so that's ruled out, It just feels unstable kinda. Whenever I am braking and I go over a uneven surface it feels twitchy.

^^^This(grooved or warped) and have your tierods and balljoints checked. Balljoints especially will have the same symptom under braking.

In a straight line the steering wheel doesn't wobble when I brake. If im switching lanes and braking at the same time the uneven ground makes the steering wheel go side to side. It just seems like its really loose and shouldn't move so much.
