Default Window Motor Delay

The rear window on the drivers side will not roll down on the first few attempts(at least while using the driver control switches). After a couple tries, it eventually goes down.

Would this be a problem with the window motor, or a possibly a fuse?

Also, unrelated, but id rather mention it here than make a new topic; the auxiliary port on my console seems to be loose, because sometimes the sound will go bad. I have to wiggle the cable/port a bit to get it back to sounding normal. Its possible that its a faulty cord, but i think I had the same problem with another cable(not positive), so its more than likely the aux input. Is that a simple fix?

Thanks in advance!

Are you using the main window control by the driver window or the switch for the rear driver side door to operate it?

I dont think so, then again, im always driving so the noise may just be masked by the road noise. Ill check in a bit and see if I hear anything.

Yeah im using the drivers controls, not the ones on the rear doors themselves. Its both of the rear windows actually. They roll up and down all the way fine when it finally goes, but sometimes it just wont respond to the buttons until a few attempts

Oh yea then its most likely something with the drivers door switch if more dont respond. Either the switch itself or loose connection.

Like you mentioned, it might be a loose connection because I just tried to lower it from the rear control and it works everytime. From the front its works 3/5 times. When it doesnt work, I can still hear a quick click at the corresponding door.

Is the control unit easy to acess or would I have to remove the entire door panel?
