Default Where Would Be The Best Place To Ground?

hey guys, so if you didnt know, i have a bmw that has a massive sound system in it, i decided that im going to sell it because it doesnt really get driven much, maybe one a week, anyways, im going to take out the system from that car and put it in my max, i want to get a little creative with this though, i was thinking of mounting my amp under the driver seat, i have everything else figured out, BUT, where would i be able to ground 0 gauge wire under the seat? any help would be appreciated, thanks

if you put the amp under the seats, that means you need to to disconnect the air bag in the seats.

when and if you do , you will need to send your car to the dealer to have the airbag light turned off

There is almost no room under the seats and the amp would probably get messed up from moving the seat... I wouldn't do that..

As long as you disconnect the battery first, you won't get the airbag light when unplugging the yellow plug. Just make sure its plugged back in before you re-connect the battery.

And you think this is a good idea to mount this amp ,

with a zero gauge wires ? for a massive stero , under your seat ?

we have learned at the shop that if the battery isn't disconnected for at least 10 mins.

the car still stores a bit of code,

we just recently did a Nissan Rouge, installed new rails to make the seats go further back for a customer that's 6"6

after we put everything back the airbag light was still on.

this would also explains why my6thgen after I took the seat out also is showing the airbags, the ECU still stores the light.

I am by no means a stero expert , I'm just looking at it at a standpoint of a mechanic and what *could* go wrong , your statement says its a high power stero, I would never put anything under my seat that could catch on fire.

I keep most of my cars simple as I don't go overboard with stero guy, I know when to spot or hear a very good one and the amount of work some of these guys do , I have done installed and fiberglass custom boxes but i'm a performance guy at heart.

I would mount the amp somewhere where is easy to get to and away from carpet or from someone in the back seats that just got in your car after a heavy rain storm to kick their feet down there.

yeah if its a all day thing the ECU / car system has drained out,

If you notice Ive posted a few times about *ZERO* out the ECU process, which requires both terminals off the battery,
then turn the headlights to the ON position to drain the system completely
before touching the terminals together

if you had already had it off all day then this wouldnt happen, I think even in my car I had it off for 20-30 mins, the airbag light came back on but that was like 7 months ago , I haven't drove nor started her since, battery is disconnected.
