Default What Do You Lose W/ New Head Unit Purchase?

Hi there.

I'm new to the forum and appreciate all the info available. I just purchased my 2006 Maxima SL last week and have a new Head Unit on order. I also have a ASWC on order to retain the steering wheel controls.

I found out that by replacing the existing stereo, I will lose my bluetooth phone. I purchased a head unit with built in bluetooth phone, so I am ok with that. My question is, will I lose anything else when I remove the factory unit? Will I still be able to see all the information available on the factory display? Ie. Maintenance information, Trip information, etc? I do not have navigation, but there is a lot of information available in the display.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

You don't lose anything else. If you have a single din it'll look like this.

No, with a 2006 you will still have all the information like maintenance and trip, that's not effected
