Default Video Game Console In Car Questions

Hey guys so ive been wanting to do this for a while now and now that I'm on spring break I have the time too, I got a few questions. Well I have 2 box 360's one of which is in my dorm closet because I got a
Newer one so it got replaced, so might as well put it to use. Now for the questions.

1)what exactly do I need to hook up an Xbox in my car? Besides the monitors etc because I already have that. Links to parts would be nice.

2)where would be the best place to mount my video game console?

3)what's the best way to mount a video game console, considering the car is bumpy at times, I don't want any of my games or console getting damaged as I drive.

Any advice would
Be appreciated, thanks

You can't avoid bumps. If you can deal with only changing the media while not driving then mount in the trunk. Honestly the max doesn't give space in the passenger area without removing the case.

Get an inverter to power it. Just see the wattage use on the x box and buy one slightly larger.

I mounted that in my fourth gen under the passenger seat (I had a ps2 slim under the driver seat).

Maybe that gives you some ideas?

Our wait and buy the android headrest launching this year...

You could do something like this:
Im not sure if clearance would be good enough in out glovebox, but im sure you could make it work. The new xbox would work best since its a little smaller.

Be careful where you mount the Xbox, They have an overheating problem, I'm sure your aware of. I've been through like 5 or 6 of them, all warranty, cause that red ring crap.

Power inverter for the Xbox has to be huge from what I remember. That thing is power hungry.

You'll probably have to wire one straight to the battery. The cig lighter won't handle it.

Yes this is correct. The one used for my ps2 was also hard wired to the battery. 4 gauge wires.
