Default Subwoofer hookup to stock headunit.HELP!

I want to get my pioneer 12" sub and Dual 400watt amp hooked up in my 06 maxima as a little non over powering simple bass setup. What all will i need since i'm getting it hooked up to the stock radio and not aftermarket??? Also is it easy to do? or will i need to get a specialist to do it.

I had this setup hooked up in my 1996 maxima, and i did it myself to a aftermarket headunit. Will it be harder for the 2006 with the stock unit?
